Blackfriars Primary Parent Council represents parents and carers at Blackfriars Primary School in the Gorbals, Glasgow. We work with the school to support our children’s education and wellbeing. Membership is free and open to all parents and carers.

The Blackfriars School Lottery costs £1 per week. 50p from every £1 goes directly to the school. Players can win a £25,000 jackpot each week plus local prizes. You can join via weekly direct debit, monthly bundles, or a one-off purchase.

After School Club @ Bridgeton Community LC

A new After School Club starts every Wednesday from 19th August 2026 at Bridgeton Community Learning Centre, 68 Dale Street, Bridgeton, G40 4TL.

Games, activities, arts and crafts for children aged 5 to 11.

Every Wednesday, 3:15 pm to 4:45 pm.

A parent or guardian must complete a consent form for each child. The club is run by Glasgow Life.
